Ben Eckwahl is the Managing Partner for Phase Zero Partners and a 20-year project management veteran. In addition to actively managing key client projects, he is currently focused on expanding the practice.
Ben specializes in bringing a service-based approach to project management. An immediate focus on building trust and shared goals allows him to quickly integrate with new teams and immediately get down to the business at hand.
Ben’s experience in managing projects started nearly 20 years ago with a move from managing teams in the call-center world to building out call-center projects. From there he moved into the technical project world, working for Sony Online Entertainment, Starz, Comcast, CenturyLink, FICO, and ModusBox, before starting Phase Zero Partners.
Certified and experienced in both traditional and Agile forms of project management, Ben understands how to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Ben’s goal with Phase Zero Partners is to create a practice of highly skilled and experienced project practitioners that have the opportunity to build long-term partnerships with our clients.
